Website enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, sector, referral source and message. We store your enquiry to respond to your request and send enquiry notification and confirmation emails through Resend. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept optional analytics. Before acceptance, and when you decline, this website does not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics events, including cookieless analytics pings. Enquiries and calculators work without analytics.

When enabled, analytics measures page visits, proposal and phone-link clicks, enquiry form interactions and calculator completion. Our custom event payloads do not include enquiry field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or calculator inputs. Page URLs sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments. Google also receives technical information such as browser and device details and network information when its script connects.

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to recognise visits. We configure analytics cookies with a 180-day lifetime, which may renew during use. Analytics consent is granted only when you accept; advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation consent remain denied. Google Signals and ad personalisation signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Your cookie choice

We save your choice, the consent wording version and the time of your choice in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. This is a browser-local preference record, not a central consent register. After expiry, or if you clear browser storage, we ask again. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops our tracking, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page to unload Google’s script. Submit any unfinished enquiry before doing so. Withdrawal does not delete analytics data already sent to Google.

Service providers

Our website hosting, enquiry database, email provider Resend and, when enabled, Google Analytics process information to provide these services. These providers may process information outside Australia. Google Fonts is used to display website typography and makes requests to Google independently of optional analytics consent.
